The façade keeps the look of a traditional River Plate house from the early 1990s'and mergers with the recent add-on where 21st century technology emerges as an eight-story building, apart from the façade so that you get the impression it is floating above the listed building, from the street. The whole is ruled by the same compositional and constructive principles as 100 years ago. This articulation, that may look like a contradiction, is, on the contrary, vital evolution, the capacity to adapt that makes the best version of life possible.
